Post your home on the RSA website!

The Resident Spouse Association (RSA) posts a list of houses for sale or rent. This list is sent to the incoming residents who match at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. This is a great opportunity to showcase your house while the new residents are planning their big move to Winston-Salem.

To post your home-

1- Select your status, click “add to cart”, the complete the Housing Information Form.

2- Go to “check out” and submit your payment

3- Email ONE photo of your house (.JPG) to rsa.wakeforest@gmail.com.

4- Your housing Information will be posted within 7 days of receiving payment. After it has been posted, check the RSA Housing Page to confirm that your housing information is correct.

Listings will only be live one year from the date of posting. Please contact us to remove the listing if it is no longer available for rent/buy.
